I am going to school at Brigham Young University- Idaho to earn a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies. I am looking forward to serving as a mentor in the Weber County area.
I recently got married this summer. I enjoy being outside, playing disc golf, and pickleball. Spending time with my family is also really important to me..

She enjoys being outdoors especially if it involves water such as the beach or lake. She loves writing poetry and even has a book published.

I met my husband up here, and now together, we get to continue to enjoy the beauty of Cache Valley. I love to draw and explore creativity in different ways. I love animals (almost too much) and would probably have hundred of dogs if I could.
I’m excited for the opportunity to mentor and to learn from the people that I work with as well.

Anessa is deeply passionate about guiding individuals—children, teens, and adults—through their healing journeys by integrating holistic modalities, proper nutrition, and emotional regulation techniques. She believes that the body possesses the innate ability to heal itself when given the right tools and support. Her approach fosters safety and reconnection, allowing clients to rediscover their voices, process trauma, and create lives rooted in wholeness and resilience.
Currently completing her bachelors/Master’s degree in Social Work, Anessa blends evidence-based trauma therapies with holistic practices such as body talk therapy, mindset reprogramming, and emotional release techniques. Anessa’s own journey of transformation has given her a deep, personal understanding of the struggles her clients face. She is committed to empowering individuals to feel safe in their own skin, trust the healing process, and embrace a future filled with self-compassion and purpose.
